The test engines coming down from the assembly line are transported to each test bench by an intelligent raceway line, completing:
Tightening of the car, docking of the exhaust pipe, docking of the engine output shaft and test bench transmission system
Automatic connection of engine cooling water inlet and outlet, fuel inlet and outlet, and oil pressure
The connection between the ignition module, ECU, and all electrical wiring harnesses to the engine
Manually connect the engine throttle valve to the control actuator
Implement various tests of the engine according to the test specifications.
